Follower or Believer

I hear lots of people say or confess to be a beleiver of Christ. However, I rarely hear people say "I am a follower of Christ". There is a stark difference between the two terms.

According to Encarta Dictionary, the following are defined

Believer: one whom have a belief in God or in a religion's gods

Follower: a supporter or admirer of a person, cause, or activity or somebody or something that copies or imitates something else

It is not good enough to be believer. If anyone wishes to come after me", he said, "he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me" (Lk 9:23).

To Be Or Not To Be Like Christ

To Be Or Not To Be, is of course a famous line From Hamlet. To Be Or Not to Be like Christ is the real question. Undoubtedly Christ is the central figure of the bible. As we wonder throughout life,we are constantly choosing our paths. The bible talks about two gates(Matthew 7:13) . One gate is a broad or wide, which leads to hell and many will travel it. However, the other gate is narrow with few travelers, and it leads to heaven.
